CT Scan with living tissues or bodies or living human beings

Hi,
I don’t know if there is a scanner that exists like a CT Scan but for living tissue, I did a google search without finding anything, maybe a PET/CT Scan. I had a discussion with my father following a visualisation on youtube about a CT Scanner this one:

In the future we might be able to look at such bodies alive with motions of the blood, the heart, the brain, molecules etc.. this is what we would need. There is another scanner called MRI that might do that I don’t know.
But a scanner software like in the youtube video above with living human being would be awesome.
