The Allen Institute for Cell Science will be hosting CytoData’s seventh annual meeting on October 17-20, 2022 in-person in Seattle, WA.<\/p>\n

This year’s annual meeting theme is \u201cData analysis and deep learning strategies for image-based profiling in cell biology.\u201d CytoData aims to bring the image-based profiling community together through featuring new tools, the applications of those tools, and new discoveries.<\/p>\n

Workshops | Monday, October 17<\/p>\n

Prior to the symposium, we will host four interactive workshops focused on image processing, analysis, cloud computer and data access. Workshops will feature cutting-edge tools from the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Zeiss, Amazon Web Services and the Allen Institute for Cell Science. Space is limited for this exciting event. Please register by September 30.<\/p>\n

Main Symposium | Tuesday, October 18<\/p>\n

The symposium lineup will include presentations and panel discussions from experts in image-based profiling, including a keynote address by Dr. Emma Lundberg of Stanford University. The symposium will conclude with a poster session reception, where attendees have the opportunity to showcase their work. Poster abstract registration is closed. Space is still available to register for the Symposium.<\/p>\n
